The Kentucky Council on Archives invites you to submit a proposal for Collect[ive]: Creating Community and Preserving our Past in the Commonwealth, which will be held May 20, 2025, at the University of Kentucky Special Collections Research Center. Our theme is intentionally broad to encourage submissions on a wide range of archival topics. Please share research and projects you are working on, such as (but not limited to):

• AI impact on archives
• Community archiving approaches and practices
• Practical workflows that have made your work easier
• Digital archiving tools
• Managing born-digital records
• Advocacy for archives
• Primary source literacy pedagogy
• Leadership and management roles in archives
• Navigating change in the workplace
• Space planning, off-site storage issues, or designing a new archives space
• Approaches to collecting, outreach, reference, and access
• Programmatic assessments
